The Role: As an Independent Sales Representative, your primary focus will be understanding and meeting the unique transportation needs of service members. You'll undergo a comprehensive 3-month training program, guided by our Senior Sales Team, to equip you with the skills for success.
Your earnings in this role are solely tied to your sales performance, offering unlimited commission potential. The on-target earnings (OTE) for this position are approximately $60,000 annually. However, top performers have the opportunity to far surpass this, with average earnings reaching $100,000 per year or more. This setup enables motivated individuals to earn significant financial rewards based on their sales achievements and success in the role.

Requirements:
• Fluent English speaker or strong English skills
• Clean criminal record
• Willingness to relocate overseas
• Valid driver's license
• Current US passport or residency in Japan
