Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of young learners? Yaruki Switch Group is thrilled to announce that we are accepting applications for passionate English teachers at our Kids Duo Kashiwanishi English Preschool/Afterschools in the vibrant Chiba Area!

◆ Kids Duo: Dive into Fun Responsibilities! ◆

At Kids Duo, we’re all about boosting kids' confidence and excitement in English through interactive games and activities. Our motto? “Play in English, Learn in English!” We create a lively, safe, and comfy space where kids pick up real-life English while having a blast.

As a Kids Duo teacher, you’ll lead and support both big and small groups of kids aged 3 to 12 in a range of activities like Arts & Crafts, Music & Dance, Social Studies, and Outdoor fun. We provide a solid curriculum and lesson plans, but we encourage you to spice things up with your own creative games and lesson ideas. Your role is to make learning engaging and memorable!

Work hours are typically from 9:00 to 20:30, Monday through Friday, with the occasional special event on weekends. Get ready to bring your passion and creativity to the classroom!

◆ Perks and Compensation ◆

We believe in rewarding our dedicated teachers! Enjoy a competitive starting salary of ¥250,000, along with 10 paid days of leave (after six months of employment) plus national holidays. Upon successful completion and re-signing of your contract, receive a bonus of ¥100,000! Benefit from teaching workshops throughout the year that enhance your skills, and receive monthly commuting costs covered up to ¥50,000. Plus, we provide social security, health insurance, and support for visa sponsorship and renewal.

◆ What We’re Looking For ◆

We seek enthusiastic and innovative teachers who are native English speakers and have at least a 2-year associate degree or valid working visa. You should be independent, creative, and ready to adapt to any situation while being a supportive team player. A strong sense of professionalism and self-motivation is essential, and prior experience with children is preferred.
