Iware Co., Ltd (株式会社 アイウエア) is urgently looking for experienced, skilled, and certified
English teachers who can start working with us from April 2025.

The teacher will be assigned to a private junior and senior high school in Yokohama city.

The private school requires top-notch English teachers with relative experience, skills,
certification, and a good personality. The teacher's ability will not solely be judged by
what is on the resume; other evaluated criteria are teaching methods, student motivation
techniques, creating an environment conducive to student learning (teacher's personality,
class layout, etc.), and so on.

Here are the details;

[Term] April 2025 - March 2026 *Renewable depending on performance and achievement
[Place] Yokohama city, Kanagawa
[Type of school] Junior and Senior high school
[Length of one class] 50 min /class
[Classes] Jr.1-3, Sr.1-3 *undecided yet
[Teaching style] Solo
[Number of students per class] Around 20-35 students/class
[Number of classes] Around 15-20 classes/ week
[Requested schedule by client] 5 days/week (Mon~Fri)
[Work hours] Around 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
[Payment] 260,000~285,000 Yen* +Transportation fee
*The payment shall be determined based on qualifications, experience, and performance.
*It would be the same amount even in summer and winter vacation.
[Contract type] Outsourcing contract*
*No taxes and pension management by the company
*No benefit package as it is not an employment contract
