As a Dispatch Teacher, you will be sent to different schools and conduct our World Culture Program in your own creative way! Our goal is to have fun while learning English with our students ranging from 0 - 7 years old! Kids love games, and so do we!

PAYMENT STRUCTURE :

ILH Original Program - ¥2,500 per hour (1.5 - 2 hour shifts)
English Childcare - ¥1,800 per hour (3-4 hour shifts)
Paid Training (8-12 hours @ ¥1,165 per hour)
Transportation covered (¥25,000)
Any extra materials that the teacher needs will be reimbursed
6-Month Evaluations to track progress and potential raises for the next contract.

WORK INFO :

Dispatch Teacher to nurseries and kindergartens (0 to 7 year-olds) located in Tokyo, Chiba, Kanagawa
Working days: Monday-Friday in the morning and/or afternoon (schedule depends on your availability)
Holidays: weekends, public holidays, end-of-the-year holiday
This is a part-time position. The teacher will have one or two schools in a day. Each class is between 1 and 3 hours long. After developing a full schedule, the average is 4-5 hours/day.
