We offer two fantastic locations—WinBe Narita, a dynamic gateway to Tokyo with a rich mix of history and modernity, and WinBe Mobara Square, where you'll enjoy a tranquil suburban setting with easy access to urban amenities. ◆ Job Highlights

In addition to a competitive salary ranging from ¥250,000 to ¥270,000 depending on experience, WinBe provides 10 days of paid leave annually after 6 months, as well as a ￥100,000 bonus upon successful contract completion. Comprehensive training is fully paid, with accommodation and transportation reimbursements available if necessary. Teachers are also supported with health insurance, social security, and work-related commuting cost reimbursements. ◆ Responsibilities & Duties

WinBe instructors are vital to our mission of providing top-notch English education. You’ll be teaching fun, engaging classes using a curriculum focused on real-world conversations and cultural understanding. With a mix of children’s lessons (ages 3-14) and possibly adult classes, you’ll have the opportunity to bring your creative ideas into the classroom. Classes are conducted in English, and while we provide a set curriculum, we encourage you to bring your own personality and passion to your lessons.

At WinBe, instructors enjoy a well-structured workday of 8 hours, with a well-deserved 45-minute break to recharge. You'll typically work 5 days a week, from Tuesday to Saturday, with weekday shifts from 13:00 to 21:00 and weekend shifts from 10:00 to 18:00. These hours may vary slightly depending on your school, giving you some flexibility in your schedule. This setup ensures a healthy work-life balance while offering plenty of time to engage with students and enjoy your time off.

We are looking for dynamic, creative individuals who are passionate about teaching and ready to make an impact. As a native English speaker with a minimum of a 2-year associate degree or a valid working visa, you'll bring a wealth of enthusiasm and fresh ideas to our classrooms. We want teachers who are not only independent and adaptable but also thrive in collaborative, team-oriented environments. If you are self-motivated, professional, and have a flair for engaging children, this role is for you. While prior experience with children is preferred, what matters most is your commitment to innovation and creativity in teaching.

Our curriculum places a strong emphasis on pronunciation and phonics, and we welcome English speakers from various backgrounds. However, to ensure the highest standards, we require teachers who can effectively communicate and teach in a phonetically natural English environment.
