OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Researcher/Junior Recruiter to join our team and contribute to the growth of our recruitment services division at GplusMedia. In this role, you will play an essential part in building our talent pipeline by researching, sourcing, and engaging with qualified candidates. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for connecting people, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment, this position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your recruitment career within a supportive and innovative, global team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Candidate Sourcing & Engagement:
Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events. Your insights and ability to connect with people will help us attract top talent.


-Recruitment Process Management:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and following up with candidates. You will collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.

-Data Management & Reporting:
Track candidate data accurately using ATS platforms and provide analytical insights to optimize our recruitment strategies. Your attention to detail will support efficient processes and data-driven decision-making.

-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the Recruitment Services Manager and team members to support strategic hiring initiatives. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential to your success.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

-Language Skills:
Proficiency in both Japanese and English at a business level, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across cultures.

-Experience:
2-3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or a related field. Prior experience with LinkedIn, social media platforms, and ATS tools is highly valued.

-Visa:
A valid working visa for Japan is required for this role.

-Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and team members.

-Analytical & Detail-Oriented:
Data-driven, with strong analytical skills to assess and improve recruitment processes, and a meticulous approach to data accuracy and attention to detail.
