Nepali Language Instructor（到期)

Position: Nepali Language instructor

Berkeley House Language Center is seeking experienced language instructors for an intensive course in Nagano prefecture starting in January 2025.

Period: – January 7~ March 20, 2025.
( Roughly 73 days )
*Possibly 3 other intensive courses will be available for the right candidates.
The courses will start in, Apr, Aug and Jan.

Students : JICA volunteers going to Nepal.

Location : Komagane-shi,　Nagano-ken

Working day: Monday-Friday

Average Teaching hours: 5 hours/day (8:45-15:50)
50 min class * 5 classes a day
*Work other than teaching: writing reports, participating in events and meetings, etc.

Student number: From 1 to 6

Remuneration: roughly 810,000 (270,000 yen per month paid in February, March and April)

Transportation expenses to and from Komagane in Japan will be reimbursed
Transportation from provided apartment to workplace will be available for free.

Accommodation: free apartment provided

＜Qualification Requirements

The ideal candidate should be a native speaker or Japanese national with professional proficiency in the designated language and a dedicated team worker, he/she must possess an undergraduate degree from an accredited university and experience in teaching Japanese nationals.
Preference will be given to those with experience in teaching intensive language programs in Japan.
