Iware Co., Ltd (株式会社 アイウエア) is currently looking for teachers who could join our team and be assigned to one of our client schools in Kanto area especially in Tokyo or Kanagawa for 2025-2026 school year as a full-time worker. Those who are highly skilled than ALTs or with a teaching or educational background of immersion qualifications such as Science, Mathematics or Social Studies can grately be fit and utilize your expertize at a position we offer. We welcome a teacher with a great passion for education, who can not only deal with assigned duty allocations, but also respect teamwork as a member of school, someone who always think about a client school's English education program and has the ability to improve it whilst complying with the school's principles.

Our clients are prestige private schools. Private schools require topnotch English teachers with relative experience, skills, certification, and a good personality. The teacher's ability will not solely be judged by what is on the resume; other evaluated criteria are like teaching methods, student motivating techniques, ability to make a good classroom environment which allows students to learn enjoyably and peachfully and so on.

*We are also looking for teachers who wish to work as a part-time worker. Duties of a part-time position will be mainly class implementation though, the ideal personality of candidates we require is as same as what applied to a full-time position mentioned above.

Here are general terms and conditions applicable to most of our positions;

[Term] April 2025 ~ March 2026
[Place] Kanto area, Japan （Mainly Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama）
[Type of school] Private school (JHS, SHS)
[Length of one class] 45 - 50 min /class
[Classes] Jr.1~Sr.3
[Teaching style] Team/solo
[Number of students per class] 20~45 students/class *Depends on schools
[Number of classes] around 20 classes per week *Depends on schools
[Contract type] Direct hired, Dispatch Contract, Outsourcing Contract
*There are three different types of contract depending on a position.
*There are possibilities you could be offered a direct hiring by the school after one year
dispatch contract through Iware depending on a position. In this case, around 4.5 million to
8 million yen to annual income might be expected depending on the teacher's experience and
career.
*Highly academic positions such as teaching Science, Math, Physics and Social studies in English are also available.
*Depending on a position, a Hiring Bonus may be offered. (Only applied when you are hired.)
[Payment/Salary] ~350,000 JPY average /per month+ transportation fee
*As mentioned above, contracts types applied to you may differ depending on a position you take. Outsourcing contract shall not regarded as an employment contract and consequently does not include tax and social securities withholding options by the company.
*There is no pay suspension regardless a month. The monthly payment amount from the company shall be same throughout the year.
*The amount of payment will be decided depending on the skills, experiences and type of the position.

[Requirements]
1) Much experience in teaching JHS & SHS students in Japan
2) DELTA, CELTA or TESOL or equivalent
3) Applicants need to be already in Japan and are able to relocate to the Kanto area

[Preferable]
1) Teaching license in foreign countries
2) It is preferable to have a specialty in teaching other subjects like math, science, social studies, arts, music and so on.
3) Teaching experience of more than 10 years in Japan
4) Flexibility and good communication and interpersonal skills are preferred.
5) High-level Japanese proficiency

[Others]
1) It is preferable to have experience teaching at an International Baccalaureate (IB) school
2) It is preferable to have taken seminars or training related to the IB
