English Assistant teacher（到期)

Pips International School is seeking a highly motivated native English assistant instructor to join our team. 


The ideal candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, and have excellent interpersonal skills. The candidate should be capable in problem-solving and basic computer skills. A passion for caring and educating children at the early development stages and strong communication and teamwork are a must.

【Business Contents】
Teach children, using the Pips education methods in English
- Program planning and execution (programs with music and dance, etc)
- Plan seasonal and traditional events
- English education for Day classes and After classes
Even if it is your first time, please be comfortable.


【Requirements】
* English: Native level
* Bachelor's degree required
* Ability to work well with children at all levels inside and outside the company
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Must like children
* Valid visa status is necessary
* Experience in child education or childcare is welcome
* Experience in sports and music is welcome
* Experience in planning and teaching programming classes is preferred
* Experience in planning and teaching art and craft classes is preferred
* Those who hold a valid Japanese driver's license will be given preference.

We are looking for applicants who:
* Have a passion for children's English education
* Have good communication and teamwork skills


【Salary】
Part time: ¥1,200 ー¥2,000 / hour~
*Salary growth is in place (depending on your performance and company standing)


【Working days and time】
Monday-Friday (2-5 days)
Working time ※Part time 
 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM
(3 to 8 hours within this time frame, depending on shift schedule)


【Holidays】
- Saturday*, Sunday
- National Holidays
- Paid holidays (as required by law).
