Children`s Fitness Instructor (Fukuoka)（到期)

We are now hiring for Players (instructors) for our unique classes in the Fukuoka area.

My Gym Japan allows children to improve their physical, mental and English abilities in an immersive English environment. Our classes are fun, fast paced and the kids make deep connections to our team of outgoing and friendly Players.

-LOVES children of all ages!
-Does NOT want to be strapped to a desk!
-LOVES physical work, and to constantly be on the move!
-LOVES singing, dancing, playing games and acting silly!
-LOVES sports and fitness, and wants to be a healthy role model for children!
-LOVES socializing and making connections with new people!
-Has experience in Customer Service, and has a Customer-First mindset.

We offer a range of classes as you can see below:

Fitness Classes: Physical and mental development in an English environment.
After School: Drop off services for longer stays at My Gym.
World Sports: Learning a new sport every month!
World Programming: A STEM Course based on the Sony KOOV System
World Art: A course focused on experiencing different cultures though art.

We are looking for talented, enthusiastic, and flexible performers who can use their talents to inspire children of all ages.

Successful candidates will be performing regular high energy/confident classes with children, whilst also interacting and entertaining their parents. Our extensive training program will allow you to quickly use your existing skills for a new and exciting industry.

Compensation:
- 1,250~2,500 yen per hour (1,200 during the probation period)
- Previous experience and background can also affect the starting wage.

Job Requirements:
-English Speakers (no Japanese required)
-Available to work a minimum of 3 days a week (up to 5 days or 40 hours available)
-Weekend work required (All employees must work at least one weekend day, or both for a 10% incentive)
-Must hold a current working visa (visa sponsorship/renewal is available but is dependent on experience and performance)
