Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Leader to spearhead the establishment of our new marketing department. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive both internal and external initiatives, collaborating closely with a team of remote project-based social media influencers and the wider sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with the school's objectives, targeting both internal stakeholders (such as parents, faculty, and staff) and external audiences (prospective parents, educational partners, etc.).
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of remote project-based social media influencers, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
Brand Management: Uphold and strengthen the Kinder Kids International School brand through consistent messaging, creative storytelling, and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various platforms, including social media, website, email marketing, and print materials, collaborating with internal teams and external partners as needed.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, providing them with the necessary tools, resources, and support to drive enrollment and revenue growth.
Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates to senior management on campaign performance, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the education sector or a related industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate remote teams to achieve ambitious goals.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making, able to analyze complex information and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and branding, able to think outside the box and differentiate the school in a competitive market.
