We are a Go-kart tour provide company in Okinawa.
Our customers base is from all over the world.
We are looking for Go-kart tour guides who are willing to work in Okinawa.

Job description:
・Driving Go-kart with the customers on public road(6-7hours per day)
・Teaching the customers about operating Go-kart before the tour.
・Taking photos and videos during the tour and later sharing them with company and customers.
・Managing reservation system for the customers.
・Doing regular maintenance of the karts.

Key Skills:
・Mechanical skills in car or bike engineering would be plus
・Good hospitality experience
・Good team player
・Should be physically Fit

Salary:
・Min base salary is 200,000JPY/month. Taxes, Insurances and Pension will be deducted (about 40000JPY). During Training period, the salary is 180,000 JPY/month.
・Transportation expense:Upto 20,000JPY per month
・Bonus: 1-2 times a year(depending upon the performance).
・Tips received from customers will be provided as a seperate rumeneration every month (around 30000-50,000 JPY on an average).
・Overtime:Overtime will be paid

Working hours:
・Working hours : 8 hours a day plus 1 hour break time
・Shift: shift A ( 10:00-19:00) Shift B ( 13:00-22:00)
・OFF：2 days off every week or 8 days off every month.

【The essential requirments】
・Must have Japanese car driving lisence.
・Must have valid visa to work in Japan.
(Spouse Visa,Permanent Visa, and Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services Visa)
・We don’t accept Working Holiday Visa.

Others:
・House support can be provided based on applicant skill & circumstances.
・Visa sponsorship is available (limited to applicants who are already residing in Japan)
