This is an exciting opportunity to join Sanrio, the renowned company behind beloved characters like Hello Kitty! We are thrilled to offer you a chance to be part of the Sanrio team as a full-time Online English Instructor, bringing joy and learning to young children through our innovative Sanrio English Master Online Talk service, with training/employment starting in September 2023.

◆Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 15:00 to 20:00
Saturday: 9:00 to 12:00
Location: Head Office or designated Online Booth in Tokyo
Overtime Work: None
*Shift system (Submit shift preferences by the 20th of the previous month, shift confirmation by the 27th)
*Working days: 5 or more days per week

◆Job Description
As an instructor staff member for the online English lesson service "Sanrio English Master Online Talk" for preschool children ages 3 and up, you will be responsible for conducting online teaching activities.

◆Day-to-day workflow of this position:
You will travel from your home to the designated workplace in Tokyo to complete your schedule of lessons.

Specific Job Duties:
・Implementing classes based on a unique curriculum
・Duration of one class: approximately 15 minutes
・Using props such as stuffed animals and boards during lessons
・Incorporating entertainment elements like songs, chants, and dances into lessons
・Creating evaluations after classes
・Assessing students' progress during assessment sessions
・Providing reports for parents regarding students' language proficiency and class performance

◆Benefits
Training: Approximately 2 months (Some training will be conducted at the Yaruki Switch Group Headquarters)
Employment Period: 1 year (Renewable)
Salary: 2,500~4,000/hr (based on experience and skills)
