We are looking for native English speakers who wish to start a new life in Japan in the future! Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) jobs are available in Joso city in Ibaraki, just north of Chiba and Tokyo. We have the capacity to hire many candidates at the start of each new school year in April and hope to hear from many positive people!

We take pride in introducing good and positive people into one of the most fun and rewarding jobs in the country, and provide all proper visa support as well as assistance in arranging rented car and housing if needed. If you have the capacity to come to Japan, have a college degree, and are a good person who speaks English, we can take care of almost everything else!

Even if you have never taught before, we can give you the skills to be ready for this introduction into teaching. ALTs work along with Japanese licensed teachers to provide native English support as well as access to internationalization. For a fun-loving person who loves kids, much of the job would probably come naturally! While ALT work includes real responsibility, the right personality would find the amount of fun to be had with the job to far outweigh the effort!

Most positions are 5 days a week (Monday through Friday), but someone with a more limited schedule can still be considered to join our roster of substitute teachers. Applicants are requested to apply with the intention of working at least to the end of the school year. However, within the school year, there are lengthy vacations, especially in summer, to relax or to enjoy Japanese culture or travel!
