This school is a state-of-the-art bilingual kindergarten with a fully tailored curriculum of English, Japanese and Physical Education. Each day our instructors strive to provide a high level of educational programs, which ensure that our students are better equipped for years of schooling in the challenging Japanese educational system.
Native teachers are an essential part of this kindergarten. Not only do they conduct all English classes, they also assist Japanese teachers throughout the day. They do so by helping control the students during Japanese classes, joining in and participating during gym class or guiding students how to play musical instruments during music class. Together, teachers ensure a high level of education and make sure our students excel in all areas.
Applicants must have a passion for working with young children and teaching them not only English, but also manners and proper behavior. Applicants must be self-motivated and eager to take on new challenges.
Base salary of ￥250,000 monthly. Structured pay-rise system and career advancement opportunities based on experience, ability and performance. All new instructors will have a 3-month probationary period, receiving an hourly wage of 1,500 yen for the shifts worked.
Instructors will be paid a completion bonus of ￥100,000 upon completion of a one-year contract.
One-year contract with an option to extend. The number of extensions are unlimited with contract terms negotiable in length.
Instructors work 9 hours a day, including a 1 hour lunch break. Instructors work 5-day weeks, most often this is Monday to Friday. Regular working hours are 8:30 – 17:30. Instructors might be asked to work overtime (paid overtime) in the mornings or evenings.

Ten paid vacation days a year after having worked six months and three main holidays in Japan; Golden Week, Obon and New Year. One additional paid vacation day for each extra year with the company.
Visa sponsorship available (Applicants must meet Immigration requirements and have a university degree).
Thorough initial training is given to all new instructors.

Instructors are required to participate in all school events. Events scheduled on a Saturday, Sunday or National Holiday: Summer Festival, Sports Day, Music Festival.
