作品のイメージ通りのタイトルや紹介文の翻訳ができた時。思わずニヤッとしてしまうような英訳タイトルができた時。
お客様から、「この英文タイトルいいね！」と評価いただいた時など、楽しみながら大きなやりがいを持ってお仕事を進めていただけます。

1. Translating product (anime, manga, games, etc.) descriptions for a digital distribution platform "DLsite" from Japanese to English.

You will utilize your Japanese comprehension to faithfully translate, and your creative English writing skills to compose attractive blurbs,
articles and critique regarding aforementioned products.

It is imperative that your writing is clear and coherent, yet at the same time brimming with passion and humor.
You will gain satisfaction in knowing that people will praise your witty titles and smuttily smirk at your pervy prose.

②DLsite 海外ユーザー様向けカスタマーサポート。emailでの対応。
お客様から寄せられる、サイトの使い方・作品閲覧方法・お支払いについてなど、様々なお問い合わせに対応していただきます。
お客様のために必要なサポートを丁寧に行っていただき、「答えが分かってスッキリした！」「問題が解決したので助かりました！」など、
お礼のお返事をいただくこともあり、誰かの役に立てたと大きな喜びを感じられる業務です。

2. Email based customer support for the English speakers who shop on "DLsite".

You will engage with our customers via email. Writing in formal and polite English regarding technical subjects
and answering any and all inquiries regarding the use of our website, payment matters and product issues.
They will turn to you for assistance in identifying and solving any problems that arise with the use of our website and the products purchased from it...
And in your response, you will greet them with a "smile."
