With the service name of "Yumekana Study Abroad," we perform study abroad procedures on behalf of Japanese students and professionals, by introducing overseas study or work programs that are suitable for each client.

Our mission is to help clients find their dreams and make those come true through studying or working abroad experience.

This time, we are looking for a new part-time English teacher who can support our diverse clients who want to study or work abroad. We plan to hire one person, so we recommend that you apply early.

《Job Description》
- Teaching conversational English to students aged from 15 to adults who will be studying or working abroad in the future;

- Unlike ordinary English schools, our curriculums are designed according to the type of study abroad: e.g., job interview practice for working holiday or overseas internships, presentation practice for preparation before enrolling at a college or university overseas.

《Type of people we look for》
・ Experience of studying abroad or working holiday program for over 6 months
・ Basic computer & class operation skills using Google Drive, Microsoft Office, etc.
・ Great communication & socializing skills
・ Able to encourage and inspire others to reach their goals
・ A great team player who is able to communicate well and execute their tasks on time

- Hours
Monday - Friday - 13:00-22:00 (1 hour break)
Saturday & Sunday - 10:00-19:00 (1 hour break)
※ 8 hours a day x 5 days a week = 40 hours a week - occasional overtime work may be needed depending on courses you will be teaching (to be fully compensated).

※ For the candidate for a part-timer:
Minimum working hours - 5 hours a day × 3 days a week
* 1 hour :￥1,600 - ￥2,000


- Benefits/treatments
・ Salary raise (once a year) - based on your performance & company’s evaluation system

・ First 6 months to be a trial period and the very first month is to be treated as a contract full-time employment period

- Preferred qualities
・ Experience of studying abroad or working holiday program for over 6 months
・ Basic computer & class operation skills using Google Drive, Microsoft Office, etc.

・ A great team player who is able to communicate well and execute their tasks on time

- Required skills/experiences
Either one of TOEIC 850+, Eiken 1st Grade, TOEFL iBT 90+, IELTS 8.0+, having taught ESL for over 3 years, having a bachelor’s degree or higher from a university in an English-speaking region.
