Job Title: Manga Localization Project Manager
Job Description:
Responsible for the localization, translation, editing, and production progress of manga.

Main tasks:
Supervising manga translated and typeset from Japanese to English
Managing and coordinating partner schedules and orders
Meeting with clients
Handling revisions based on client instructions, etc.
No Experience Required

Required Qualifications:
Business-level Japanese and English skills
Ability to set up a home work environment
Internet connection, PC (Windows recommended, Mac acceptable), antivirus software,
necessary software, web camera, Photoshop CC

Preferred Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of manga and webtoons
Experience in proofreading and supervision
Experience in project management and progress management
Skills in languages other than Japanese and English
Work experience in the entertainment industry such as manga and games
Translation experience
CLIP STUDIO PAINT, InDesign, and Microsoft Office

Fully Remote Work

Monthly salary: ¥247,445 or more (includes fixed overtime pay of ¥64,365/45 hours)
Determined based on experience and skills

Fixed overtime pay is provided even if there is no overtime work, and any excess will be paid separately
Additional overtime pay for hours exceeding the fixed amount

必須条件
- ビジネスレベルの日本語・英語スキルをお持ちの方
- 在宅環境の整備を整えられる方
　　インターネット環境、PC※Windows推奨（Macも可）、　ウィルスソフト、ソフトウェア、Webカメラ、Photoshop CC

歓迎条件
- マンガ・webtoonの基礎知識がある
- 校閲・監修の経験がある
- プロジェクト管理・進行管理の経験がある
- 日本語・英語以外の語学スキルがある
- マンガ・ゲームなどエンターテイメント業界で実務経験がある
- 翻訳経験がある
- CLIP STUDIO PAINT、InDesign、Microsoft officeを持っている

完全在宅勤務

給与　月給：24万7445円以上　※固定残業代：6万4365円/45時間を含む
※経験・スキルに応じて決定
※固定残業代は残業がない場合も支給し、超過分は別途支給
