Looking for TOEFL/TOEIC Teacher, Kyoto
compensation: 2400-2750 yen per hour

English Test Preparation school in Kyoto, seeks experienced ESL instructor for test preparation classes, specifically for TOEFL, TOEIC and IELTS exams. Classes taught on-site at the school campus/office in Kyoto.
Requirements:
・Native speaker of English.
・University Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in English countries.
・Currently residing in Japan or have plans to come to Japan. (Visa sponsorship available)
・Strong interest in teaching English(TOEFL, TOEIC & IELTS) to Japanese students.
・Have at least two year of English teaching experience at English.
・Must have a valid visa status that allows you to live and work in Japan (Visa sponsorship available)
Conditions:
・Start Date for Kyoto: as soon as possible
・Location: Kyoto
・Remote Work Available
・Pay rate: ¥2,400/hour for the first 3 months probation period. Increased to ¥2,750 an hour after 3 months depending on performance.
*Training period (10-20hours) Paid at half rate, ¥1,200/hour
・Transportation costs will be covered at ¥1000 per working day.
・Hours/Schedule: Late afternoon and evening hours on weekdays. Morning till late afternoon on weekends. A few days per week or 5 days per week. May provide roughly 10-20 hours per week depending on a candidate's availability.
Also, more hours or the full time position will be available after seeing a good performance and feed back from students.
This is NOT a short-term form of employment. A minimum one-year commitment required from the candidate. Daily transportation fee from residence to workplace is provided.
