Part-Time English Instructors (Native British) (expired)

Requirements;
Experienced and versatile native British part-time English Language teachers required for small group (2-4 students) and private classes, including General English, Business and Academic (e.g. Eiken, FCE, IELTS) preparation. We can offer training (paid) and support for suitable candidates.

Students;
The students are extremely keen on learning British English. Some are, or will be, working for British based companies, others may be preparing for extended stays in the UK or simply enjoying the different facets of British culture. We also have secondary education level students who have returned to Japan from the UK.

The School;
We are located very close to Kichijoji Station. We offer a friendly and supportive environment and can be flexible as to the teachers working and holiday requirements, which makes for a very enjoyable teaching experience.

Available Hours;
Various weekday daytime and evening shifts (preferably from around 5pm) are becoming available, as well as some Saturday morning and afternoon shifts. We are flexible as to the number of hours and the timing of teachers' schedules. The starting date is fairly negotiable. Please submit your C.V. with a cover letter and available times.

Under the present circumstances (2021);
The classrooms are fairly large, well-ventilated with clear-partitions and have good natural lighting. Masks are required for 'In Person' lessons. We have excellent 'Online Teaching' facilities at the school. However, conducting classes from home is also a possibility.
