Description

Due to the growth of our kindergarten, we are looking for a full-time teacher to join our staff in September.

We teach immersion-style classes, using a range of listening, speaking, reading and writing activities such as story telling, song, craft, drama, phonics and dance.

Work days are Monday - Friday, with occasional events on Saturday OR Sunday, such as Sports Day, Halloween party, Christmas party or overnight camp.

Your responsibilities will be:
-Plan and deliver English immersion lessons and activities
-Assess, monitor and report on student progress
-Guide and support students
-Participate in the supervision of students outside of class time
-Display professionalism and assist colleagues to do likewise

You are expected to be:
-Enthusiastic and highly motivated
-An effective communicator
-A team player
-Have excellent knowledge of pedagogical approaches to early childhood teaching

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm (including one hour break)
Salary: Starting salary of 270,000yen per month plus transportation allowance of up to 20,000yen
Insurance: You will be entered into social insurance, which covers health, unemployment and pension
