Full-Time ALT Positions in Fukuoka and Saga Areas (expired)

KBS is currently looking for a fun, enthusiastic and energetic ALT for a position in Fukuoka and Saga prefectures at public junior high and elementary schools. This position starts from April 1st, 2018, with the possibility of re-contracting in addition to visa sponsorship. We would like ALTs who are flexible, team players, and have a passion for teaching.

Your job will consist in assisting the homeroom teachers in their duties, as well as being the face of the international world. You will provide golden opportunities to the students to speak English with a foreigner inside the safe zone that is school. You will introduce a different culture and point of views, insight into the world in general, and give the students both the will and the tools to travel and experience the world.

We will provide training and materials.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Contract Period:
April 2018 to March 2019 with the option of re-contracting.

*Requirements
University BA or BS degree
Native speaker of English
Conversational Japanese speaker
Access to Internet outside school and ability to check emails every day

Valid driver's license and vehicle
Computer skills (word, excel, picture editing, Internet, emails, etc.)
