Description

Rec 4 Rec is currently working with several successful recruitment agencies that are looking for motivated professionals to join their team.

This position would be a permanent, full-time position at one of Rec 4 Rec's client companies, which are some of the top recruiting agencies in the Japan market. An initial confidential consultation with Rec 4 Rec will determine which agencies you would be the best fit for.

Prior recruiting experience is not necessary, but you should be interested in working in a target-driven, commissions-based role.

Responsibilities:
* Business development to identify companies in need of recruitment services
* Identify, approach, screen and interview potential candidates
* Provide consulting services to both candidates and employers regarding job searches, interviewing and hiring
* Attend networking events to increase your business network

Requirements:
+ University graduate
+ Previous working experience in Japan
+ Sales experience or interest in working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
+ Willingness to do cold calling
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Business-level English language skills

Base salary of 3.6 to 5 million yen, plus commissions (successful recruiters can make over 10+ million yen in their second year onward).

・人材を採用をしたい企業に電話やメールでアプローチをする。
・候補者の開拓、選考、面談を行うこと。
・候補者及び企業に対して面接と採用についてのアドバイス・コンサルティング。
・各業界の交流会やパーティーに参加し、人脈を広げること。

応募条件:
・大学卒
・1年以上の営業またはコンサルティング経験
・優れたコミュニケーション能力及び対人スキル
・TOEIC 700点相当以上

給与:
年間基本給が360~500万円+高インセンティブ(2年目以降から1000万以上可)
