Candidates, passed initial screening, will be invited to have 2 Skype interviews. After arrival to Japan, teachers will go through short training (3 days in Tokyo, accommodation sponsored) and extended training course and internship in Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture if required (training necessity is to be defined by the Company on a case-by-case basis). Kindergartens we work with are located from Hokkaido to South Honshu, but the majority of positions are open in Kanto region.

Compensation:
Monthly wage 230000-250000 (to be defined upon a placement decision)

Working Days & Hours：
Monday to Friday, some Saturdays
6-8 hours/day (detailed work schedule is to be defined upon a placement decision)

Probation Period：
1 month

Training：
Provided (paid / half of salary during training term if applicable)

Holidays：
Sundays, at least two Saturdays per month

Paid Holidays：
8 days in summer, 2 weeks in winter (end of December to January)
Other days off in accordance with the assigned school calendar

Classroom Description/ Student Age:
Toddlers (3 years old)
Children / Preteen (4-12 years old)
20 students in the class.

Job Description：
1. Teaching English using a designed learning program in an assigned kindergarten. Daily duties include leading 40min lessons (up to 5 lessons per day) and participating in other school activities.
2. Cover teaching when other contracted kindergarten requires a temporary substituting teacher.
