Hiring Venue IT Manager for Olympics Project（到期)

● Flexible to understand the venue ICT need and coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure the seamless operation of the sports venue from ICT standpoint
• Verifying adequate staffing levels, Policy, for IT Support Staff on the venue.
• Creation and regular updates to the Venue IT Plan, Venue IT Implementation plan
• Ensure coordination of all Games IT Activities with Venue Technology stakeholder
• Monitoring and coordination activities to ensure all Venue Locations have the necessary IT infrastructure in venues.
• Monitoring the implementation of all of the physical spaces that will have IT equipment deployed.
• Support project team to facilitate the communication on all operational decisions to be made during the deployment, event and de-installation periods.
• Monitoring and tracking issues and risks to ensure that they are resolved.
