<Overview of Position>
NSR is looking to offer a Japanese language program to people working in Japan. This program will be offered to NSR employees and also to workers from outside the company. The Japanese language program will focus on preparing learners for the JLPT levels 1-3 and for work in a Japanese environment. This is a new program, we would like to start by offering two classes: (1) for working in Japanese and preparation for JLPT N3 test and, (2) working in Japanese and preparation for JLPT N2 test.
The ideal candidate will have experience teaching and preparing a structured curriculum. The program will start with 2 classes but will ideally grow so that we may offer more classes in the future catering to working adults.
<Requirements>
Must be able to develop a structured Japanese language instruction program
Teaching certification or at least 5 years of teaching experience
Must be Japanese national
<Salary and Benefits>
NSR offers competitive salary and benefits depending on relevant experience to the position. The language instructor position will be part-time and paid on an hourly basis for curriculum preparation and teaching hours.
