Here is an opportunity for someone who wants to work from home and enjoys the flexibility of remote work and the challenge of achieving targets and the rewards that go with them.

We are looking for a native or fluent Japanese speaking individual who has business or fluent English speaking abilities to work with us on candidate search assignments.

You would be required to do an initial screening of some candidates using our inhouse questionnaire either via email, phone or Zoom/Skype ( no in-person meetings required ) while with other candidates you may only be required to introduce them to one of our senior consultants.

Your role would be to help find, connect with, and speak to professionals working in Japan who work in the following positions/roles.

Accounting Manager
Accounting Staff
Audit Manager
Audit Staff
CFO (Chief Finance Officer)
Controller
FP&A Manager
FP&A Staff
International Tax
Tax Manager
Tax Staff
Transfer Pricing Manager
Transfer Pricing Staff
C&B Specialist
Payroll Manager
Payroll Staff

Prior experience is certainly advantageous for this role but more importantly someone who is outgoing, professional, polite, has critical thinking skills, some business acumen and the ability to take detailed notes will find success in this role.
