■ Requirements

* More than 3 years of development experience in Ruby on Rails
* Active in working in an English environment
* Communicated with other occupations in business (specification confirmation, specification adjustment, scheduling, etc.)

* Front-end development experience using React, Vue.js, Angular.js
* Experience that proposes and implements business improvement by oneself and leads to actual improvement
* Computer Science Knowledge
* Analyze logs and data to find problems
* Find problems in terms of DB and algorithm performance
* Experience in developing applications for web systems and smartphones
* Experience as a knowledge leader of various test tools and CI services such as CircleCI
