Description of job/duty
Explanation: Urayama Gakuen promotes the concept of "Regional revitalization through international exchange of food" and tries to put it into practice. Anyone is welcome to apply for the job if s/he is in consonant with the concept and is willing to promote relevant activities with the students.
Personnel to be sought: someone to understand the concept that the Urayama Gakuen promotes, to cooperate with the students, the staf, and the local people, and to strive to achieve the goals set in the organization s/he belongs together with the teammates.
■ Expected Experience:
experience in professional cooking for the minimum of about 3 years or more in hotels, restaurants, etc.
■ Description of the main job
1. Based on the above mentioned concept, helping the student learn communication in practical English through cooking.
2. Study and research on the local ingredients and/or cooking skills so that s/he can contribute to innovations in the local food culture.
3. cooking at regular events (social gathering, luncheons etc.)
■Terms and Conditions
- 5 work days per week with two days off in principle
*with exceptions in case of events
- Work hours: from 8: 30 thru 17: 30
*with exceptions in case of events
Salary: 300,000 yen - 350,000 yen (gross)
Overtime work will be compensated

Annual Leave: 20 days (paid holidays)
Other school designated holidays (paid): about 4 days in summer and 6 days in winter

Minimum educational background of junior college or vocational school is required.

②地元の食文化を創造・創出できる食材等の調査・研究
③定期的に開催されるイベント(懇親会・昼食会等)における調理
■条件
週休2日 (週5日勤務、イベントの際は休日出勤もあり)
勤務時間 : 8:30~17:30(※ただし、イベント等の開催の場合は変動あり)
給 与 : 300,000~350,000円(グロス)
時間外・残業手当あり
厚 生 : 各種社会保険完備(私学共済)
Annual Leave : 20日(有給休暇)
学園指定休日: 夏季 4日程度 / 冬季 6日程度
