English teacher (expired)

Aesop Club English School in Kawachinagano-shi, Osaka is looking for a full-time English teacher (25 lessons a week, typically afternoons 3-8PM, a few times a week in the morning at kindergartens). Candidate MUST be a native English speaker. Experience not required; we will provide training. Teacher needed as soon as possible to start from April (preferably training from mid- March)


AESOP Club English School is a business that offers 50 minute long classes in the afternoon to evening hours. The majority of these classes are Youji classes which include students of ages 3, 4 and 5 and Junior classes which include elementary school aged students. There are also classes designed respectively for Junior High school, High school, and adult students. All these classes typically have about 2-7 students. Other classes that we have are morning classes which are called Seiki classes. These classes take place at either nursery schools or kindergartens. These are 30 minutes each with about 20 students of ages 3, 4 and 5.

School location:

The headquarters school is in Kawachi Nagano (河内長野) in Osaka Prefecture.
We have 15 branches in Osaka.

Company information:

AESOP Club has been teaching English for about 28 years. We currently have about 500 students total in the afternoon classes. About 80% of them are children. We have developed our own lesson materials and provide training for the teachers.

Necessary qualifications:

Native English.
Passion to teach children.
Energetic and Enjoyable.
Passion to teach English.
Must be able to work afternoon lessons (3:00-8:00).
Being able to do a few morning lessons is a plus.

Other points:

No work experience required.
AESOP will handle work VISA.
Japanese conversational skills not required but are a plus.
Transportation cost provided by AESOP.
Holidays
4 weeks total (Christmas 2wks, Golden Week, and Summer Holiday 1wk, all paid)
Various days off over the course of the year (Some national holidays, school holidays, etc.)
