Join Kinder Kids International School (KKIS), a global educational institution redefining Early Childhood Education. With locations in Japan, Canada, and Hawaii, we're excited to announce the opening of two new schools in JR Nishinomiya (January 2025) and Kyoto Nijo (April 2025). As we expand, we're seeking substitute teachers to undergo extensive training and on-the-job experience in preparation for these new ventures.

Established in 2000, KKIS was born out of a desire to revolutionize early education and instill a profound appreciation for diverse cultures while preparing children for a globalized future. Our sterling reputation and commitment to excellence make us a beacon in the field of education.

We also have our own International Elementary School in Osaka, so after a period of time working in our Kindergarten transfers are possible provided you have the relevent educational licenses.

At KKIS, we embrace diversity and collaboration, boasting a team of educators representing over 65 nationalities. Our independent curriculum fosters creativity, exploration, and safety, providing children aged 1 to 6.5 with an environment to thrive and learn.

Job Specifics:
We are currently recruiting substitute teachers for our Osaka and surrounding area locations, with opportunities for relocation. This position serves as a gateway to full-time teaching roles, offering comprehensive training and a seamless transition into our educational framework.

We seek individuals passionate about education, dedicated to making a difference, and eager to uphold our standards of excellence. Requirements include a university degree, a valid Japanese working visa, proficiency in English, and the ability to speak Mandarin Chinese, which would be viewed as a plus as we teach Mandarin at some of our locations. Teaching experience and a customer service background are advantageous, while bonus skills such as musical proficiency or multilingualism are welcomed.

What We Offer:
Joining KKIS means becoming part of a supportive community committed to your growth and well-being. Benefits include competitive salaries, permanent employment status after one year (in a classroom), career development pathways, transportation coverage, ample leave, medical and pension benefits, and more. We prioritize learning and development, offering regular feedback and opportunities for advancement.

To Apply:
You can apply directly via Gaijinpot or visit our website to learn more about KKIS and submit your application. Along with your resume, include a cover letter outlining why you chose education as a career and your vision for improving early years education. While preference is given to applicants in Japan, we welcome candidates from around the world and offer visa sponsorship and relocation assistance.

Whether you're a seasoned educator or a passionate newcomer, if you're ready to embrace a rewarding challenge and contribute to shaping young minds, we invite you to join us at KKIS. Apply today and embark on a fulfilling journey in global education.
