Description

Zaimusouken (財務総研), a management consulting company in Ibaraki, will start up our own English school business. The first school will be opened in May or June of 2019.

We believe it is absolutely necessary to hire a core English teacher to perform not only as a teacher but also as a business planner contributing to our business strategy and projections.

There is still much to do before the new school opens, so we will be excited to welcome you immediately or in the new year. Before the school opens, we'll ask you to research and draft curriculums, help select which materials should be purchased, and so on. After the school has been established, your role will be as a leader of teachers to enact and adjust the curriculum.

Also, we have future plans to open a branch in the Cebu Island in the Philippines, and start an on-line English education business as well. If you feel motivated to be involved, your involvement in this new business will be defined by your abilities.

We’ll provide you with opportunities for promotion and increases in salary. Your contributions are paramount to the success of these projects, and we will definitely respond to your efforts and results.

The new school will be for all ages from elementary to adults. We’ll basically provide one-to-one lessons. Also, courses of lectures for Eiken (英検) and IELTS will be prepared as well.

<Responsibilities>
Before school is established;
-prepare for the opening, such as curriculum, texts, events and so on.
-strategy planning and reporting

After school is established;
-Conduct lessons based on the agreed curriculum
-Prepare progress reports for students
-Lesson Preparations
-Light office work
-strategy planning and reporting

<Requirements>
-Native-level English
-Conversational or basic Japanese
-3 years or more of English teaching experience
-Experience in teaching Eiken and IELTS is appreciated
-Experience in development of curriculum is welcome too
-Great interest or experience in business development

<Working Conditions>
Before school is established;
-From Monday through Friday, work according to the official public holiday calendar
-9:00-18:00 *10:00-19:00 is also available (please inquire)

After school is established;
-Shift, five‐day week work
-Overtime; approximately 10 hours per month, overtime allowance will be paid

-Vacations (Golden week, Summer, New year)
-Applications from out of Ibaraki pref. are highly welcome. We can help financially for your moving and traveling costs (up to ¥50,000)

<Notes>
-Contract type is Seishain (正社員) or contract. Please inquire.
-It is highly recommended to commute by car. Not easily accessible by public transport (Provision of a commuter's car is under consideration).
