Responsibilities:

•Source candidates (both passive and active) by phone calls, job boards, social networking and professional networking events

• Prepare and send resumes of suitable candidates to our clients

•Work on business development and manage existing accounts

• Develop and maintain proprietary database with accurate and up to date information.


Requirements:

•University graduate

•Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal is a must

•Must work independently and able to achieve goals.

•Ability to work long hours

•Business level English

•JLPT N2 is preferred, but JLPT N3 is acceptable

•2 year minimum of working experience in Japan.
