●Job Description
The primary duty of the Live Operations Manager will be to oversee the running of in-game events. They will be responsible for creating, implementing and managing events from content creation to live operation. An objective eye for game balance from the viewpoint of a player, as well as strong organizational and managerial skills to keep content on-schedule, are absolute musts. However, what’s even more important is the desire to bring great content to our users, the fulfillment of doing quality work, and passion for all things gaming. Game industry experience is a plus, but we encourage anyone who feels they would be a good fit to apply!

- Education – Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

- Collaboration and teamwork skills
- Interest in Japanese pop culture and games
