Description
We are looking for a responsible and driven consultant for reservation and guest services.
Someone living in, or interested to live in the popular Niseko resort area in Hokkaido, and become a part of our growing company, and the thriving community of foreigners there that enjoy outdoor sports and nature.
Responsibilities:
Managing incoming accommodation and activity booking enquires
Making bookings using our proprietary reservation software
Basic channel management
Assisting guests in booking guest services
Offering general information to guests
Confirming bookings with suppliers
Processing booking payments
In resort guest servicing
These skills will also be trained
Conditions:
Based year round in Niseko, Hokkaido
Min 40 hours per week (Flexible)
Work days may include weekends

Requirements
Experience in Travel and Tourism (ski resort experience) preferred.
At least 5 years work experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ski and snowboard experience preferable
Self motivated and outgoing personality.
Admin and computer skills
Well presented
