We are the team behind the scenes that help businesses connect. We are the international ambassadors that bridge cultures and brands in the B2B market. If you are well organized, self-motivated, can work with a team, can work internationally and have amazing written / verbal skills, then we should talk.

We are continuing to expand our international team and are looking to grow Idea International into a world-class exhibition / event management company based in Osaka, Japan. We have an immediate opening for an entry-level account manager.

Job Activities Include :

・Managing current accounts and related projects - domestic and international (exhibition, retail fit-outs and events)
・Creating proposals, cost estimates, cost sheets and invoices
・Managing your current work load and updating management
・Managing production schedules and related deadlines
・Travel to visit suppliers and vendors for quality control
・Weekly reports on new potential projects and related tracking in CRM
・Domestic and international travel is required
・Use of all Microsoft, Google related products and Adobe CC (MS Office, Google Drive, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Our typical office hours are 9:30am - 6pm (Monday - Friday), however expect longer hours when on the road and on the job. Due to our client base (90% based outside of Japan) later hours are sometimes required during our peak seasons (Spring and Fall) due to the time-zone difference from Japan (conference calls). You will be provided with a laptop, smart phone, and tablet to work from home and on the road.
