You will be mainly asked to check and correct the English of patent specifications translated from Japanese. You will also give feedback to translators whose work you have checked, either face to face in the case of in-house translators or via fax and email in the case of outside translators.

The working hours will be 9.30 to 5.30, Monday to Friday. You will rarely be asked to work overtime.

We are looking for candidates with a high level of English editing ability. Relevant experience and technical background/degree would be a plus. Japanese ability is not a requirement.
