According to the Zagat survey, this hotel has won the first place on the department of hotel rooms and facilities in Nagano.

❖ “Hotel Grand Phenix Okushiga”:
Located deep in the Joushinn-etsu National Park. In winter, you will find a full of relaxed time as an excellent ski resort affording easy access to slopes of powder snow.
Wooden interior that has passed through the years in the rooms are in harmony with the beech forests and the white birch groves around the hotel.
All linen is used the natural materials.
There are two restaurants; Italian and Japanese cuisine, outlook public baths, indoor pool and lounge with a fireplace.
For the coming season, a lot of foreign travelers, including a foreign VIP, will visit to the powder snow ski resort.

　①Front desk & bell staff
　　Main work：check-in, check-out, Bell, support telephone, reservation
　　General of our operation including the help to other sections concerned.
　②Restaurant & lounge service staff
　　Main work：General of our service operation and dish-washing at Italian,
　　　　　　　　Japanese, Chinese restaurants and lounge.
　③Cleaning & housekeeping
　　Main work：General of our cleaning gest room, bath room, public space
　　　　　　　　(public bath, heated swimming pool, corridor)
　　　　　　　　and snow removing work. Possibly help another work.
　④Restaurant kitchen assistant
　　Main work：Dish-washing and dish up the food on a plate at Italian, Japanese,
　　　　　　　 Chinese restaurants and lounge. Possibly help another work.
< Salary >
　①②1,100～1,300JPY per hour
　③④1,000～1,300JPY per hour
　※Salary Increase in experience and ability
　※Trial periods (2weeks)
　※Promotion of a part-time employee to a full-time employee

<職種及び具体的仕事内容>
　①フロント＆ベルスタッフ
　　主な仕事：チックイン、チェックアウト、ベル業務、電話対応、予約業務、他部門への
　　ヘルプなど関連業務全般。
　②レストラン＆ラウンジサービススタッフ
　　主な仕事：イタリアンレストラン、和食＆中華レストラン、ラウンジでのサービス、
　　皿洗い関連業務全般。
　③清掃ハウスキーピング
　　主な仕事：客室、バスルーム、パブリックスペース（大浴場、ブール、廊下など）の清掃、
　　除雪作業。他部門へのヘルプあり。
　④レストラン＆ラウンジ調理補助
　　主な仕事：イタリアンレストラン、和食＆中華レストラン、ラウンジの厨房で皿洗い、
　　盛り付けなどの調理補助業務。他部門へのヘルプあり。
