We are looking for people who are from other countries and eager to introducing their culture & cuisine.
Experiences as a chef, chef license or certificate of nuturist is not required. However, you are supposed to have your own cooking experiences, since this is a cooking class.

Working hours :
You can hold your lesson whenever you can make it.
Since this is NOT full-time job, only weekends are also welcomed.

Employee benefit programs :
We do not have specific ones though, there is an insurance for teachers in case students get injured in cooking lessons.

What you do as a host of Tadaku:
Give your guests a lesson of the traditional culture & cuisine in your country at your house.
Tadaku lesson is not only for cooking, but also for exchanging host & guest's cultures, having conversations with your students while cooking.
You can settle the price for the lesson by yourself, considering the fee for your lecture, the cost of the ingredients and so on.
Guests should pay the price you set and the charge for Tadaku (18%).

In Tadaku lessons people can learn home-made dishes at your home. More than 100 hosts from 50 countries hold their lessons. Many guests are keen on learning your cuisine & culture! A lot of our hosts can’t speak Japanese, so don’t worry! Feel free to ask us if you have some questions!


募集概要：
自宅で母国の料理を教えていただける先生（ホスト）を募集します。
シェフとしての経験や調理師や栄養士などの免許までは必要ありませんが、料理教室ではありますので自身での料理の経験は必要です。食を通じて母国の文化を伝えてくださる方を探しています。

勤務条件 (勤務時間など)：
フルタイムでの求人募集ではなく、ご自身の好きな時間にレッスンを開講いただいて、そのレッスン料から収入を得ていただきます。

待遇 (福利厚生など)：
特にありませんが、特記事項として先生向けの保険を提供しておりますので、レッスン中に生徒（ゲスト）が怪我をしたりした場合など、レッスン中のトラブルについて安心していただければと思います。

具体的な業務内容：
ご都合のよい日時にご自宅でレッスンを開講いただき、生徒（ゲスト）へ母国料理を教えてください。
料理教室ではありますが、調理や調理後の食事を生徒（ゲスト）と共にする過程で会話しながら母国の文化を伝えてください。
レッスンは自身で決めたメニューに合わせて、材料費や講師料を踏まえた金額を設定いただきます。
生徒には設定いただいた金額にプラットフォーム利用料（18％）を加算した金額をお支払いただきます。
