Responsibilities
* Perform IT support in a mainly Microsoft environment with Exchange, SQL
* Provide end user support and help desk for Microsoft Office products, system installations and deployments
* Provide technical assistance for video conferencing
* Be flexible for working in shifts
Requirements
* Good interpersonal skills, well organized, hard worker, self-motivated
* Good working knowledge with Microsoft client and server systems (File/Print/Exchange) as well as Microsoft Office
* Have a good understanding of TCP/IP networking and services (Mail, DNS, Web, ...)
* Be familiar with Remote Desktop services and system monitoring
* Has the ability to work precisely and keep documentation current
* English language skills required
* Japanese is a plus (not mandatory)
