Description
Had enough with shady English schools and short term contracts? Want to be part of a team at a well known global company? Interested in a position where you could help facilitate communication between Japan and the rest of the world?
Galileo is looking for employees who have high level English skills as well as business level Japanese for positions as "bridge engineers" (bridging the language/cultural gaps) at both Japanese and international technical firms in Japan (automotive/aeronautic/IT/etc.).
Your background doesn't matter.
We are looking for individuals interested in technology and Japanese business culture. We can provide training if necessary on 3D CAD systems that will help you find a place within technical firms in some of the most famous companies globally and provide you with skills that will make you a valuable asset in any country.
Example Job Process
-Class Based Training (1~3mo.)
Training in our skill center in Nagoya.
Learning about a specific industry.
Developing general technical skills
Japanese Business Manner Lessons (phone, meetings, etc.)
Interviews with partnered companies
-Position Based training (1~2 years)
Development of specific technical skills
Interaction and growth in partnered company
-Bridge Engineer (2nd year~)
Connecting the head office with global partners
Leading a team of Galileo designers at a partnered company
Possible travel between the head office and global facilities to conduct training and facilitate communication
This job is full time (社員) not contract based. We are looking for people who are willing to be in Japan long term. We provide housing assistance and relocation costs, company insurance, pension, yearly raise, transportation, and a community of positive individuals.
