「町家レジデンスイン」を含む京町家一棟貸切宿の運営を行っております。現在、34軒の町家を運営しており、ご宿泊される国内外のお客様に対して、京都での旅を存分に楽しんで頂けることを目的としています。


>>仕事内容<<

- 弊社の各町家は京都市内の各地にあるため、京都を毎日楽しみながら仕事ができます。
- 電動自転車、原動機付きバイク、自動車で周って頂きます。
- 多くのお客様は海外からの旅行者であり、毎日英語と日本語でコミュニケーションを取れます。
- お客様のご到着前、チェックイン時、ご滞在中、チェックアウト後と様々な場面でカスタマーサービスをおこなっています。

>>募集資格<<

- 京都に詳しい方、詳しくない方でも大歓迎です。
- 未経験の方大歓迎。研修期間があり、しっかりと業務内容をお伝えします。
- 留学経験者や海外での生活経験者優遇
- 日本語と英語
- MS Officeを使えること
- 上司の指示を待たず自主的に業務を遂行できる方

【給与】
200,000円~ 月給制 (経験・スキルによる)


【勤務地】
京都市内 ※出張がある場合もあり


【勤務時間】
変動シフト制
休憩60分


【休日】
シフト制による、週休2日


【待遇】
通勤手当全額支給

Accommodation Operations Staff

We, at AJ INTERBRIDGE Inc., are looking for people interested in becoming a part of our growing team. Our company is filled with a young & dedicated team, where all of our staff members have had experience working or living abroad in various countries, and come from a variety of different backgrounds. 



KYOTO office "Machiya Residence Inn" : is unlike a typical hotel – we currently have 34 traditional machiya houses throughout Kyoto city. Each is renovated and converted into an accommodation service to provide a unique stay for each guest. 



>>Job Description

- We welcome anyone who is interested in traveling throughout the city on a daily basis.
(Transportation means provided: bicycle, motorbike, car)
- Computer skills are necessary, but you’ll have ample opportunity to get to know the city while you work.
- Many of our clients are from overseas, so you will be able to utilize your English & Japanese skills (and any other language skill)
- Provide assistance & ensure customer satisfaction for customers before, during, and after their stay.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times.

>>Requirements
- Must have a good command of spoken English skills & spoken Japanese skills
- Experience or living and/or studying abroad preferred, but not necessary
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel in particular)
- Ability to work in both a team environment and independently

- Starting from 200,000 yen
*negotiable dependent on skills and experience.

>>Working Hours
Hours will be based on a shift schedule/rotating shifts (06:00am~21:00pm)
5 working days / 2 days off a week
