- Experience directing culinary operations at an upscale establishment: 3 years
- Culinary degree or equivalent work experience
- High creative quotient, Emotional quotient, and social quotient to allow excellent teamwork with the rest of the teams in the club
- High standards for dish presentation and cleanliness
- English proficiency and passion to engage with team and members
- Ability to cost and price dishes effectively and oversee effective food purchasing at competitive prices with vendors.
