- Artworker (Freelance), Tokyo, Japan

Produce final releasing data ready for print
Refines or develops and implements visual elements or creative concepts for client deliverables across various touchpoints and produce the artwork file to be ready for print. (Mainly for packaging and possibility for in store, print, direct, etc.).
As a part of, and under the direction of the Creative Team delivers basic to intermediate design program(s), integrating images, text, motion, etc, with a great sense of aesthetics, while executing against the brand and/or product vision, and the creative brief.
Ensures deliverables are completed in an efficient manner- on time and on budget.
Participates in creative brief processes or planning meetings with clients and/or internal teams for assignments of limited complexity as needed


Degree or equivalent in Graphic Arts, Graphic Design, Package Design, with at least 2 to 3 years relevant experience as Artworker in a creative Design Studio / production agency environment
Japanese packaging design/ artwork experience with hands-on experience handling Japanese layout
Proficient Computer Software (SW) skills
o Apple Mac equipment and operating systems
o Adobe Design Suite, Acrobat
o Project Management Software; Agile
Ability to communicate in English and Japanese. Native Japanese speaker preferred.
