<Job Description>
In-house Translator/English Proofreader mainly for the following fields:

1. Technical translation (user’s manuals)
2. Tourism-related documents (catalogs, pamphlets, etc.)
3. Business presentations and other in-house documents

Translation is about 80% and English Proofreading is about 20% of the job. Good chance for career building experience with global company. Qualified applicants should have Native English level, very high Japanese proficiency and good computer-related skills. A detailed-oriented person with good memory skills is required. Experience with Translation and/or technical background is preferred.

Application process includes a small translation test and interview.

<General Requirements>
Requirements:
- English Level: Native
- Japanese Level: Fluent (JLPT N1 certification or equivalent)
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Basic computer skills, internet, email, making spreadsheets, word processing, etc.

Desired Skills:
-Computer Skills:
・Experience with Trados, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office.
・Programming, networking and PC troubleshooting skills are also a plus.
・Good typing skills
-Overtime is required during peak periods.

①技術系マニュアル
②インバウンド・観光系（カタログ、パンフレットなど）
③ビジネス、社内ドキュメント
仕事の8割は翻訳、2割は英文校正。英語ネイティブレベル、高い日本語能力およびPCスキルが必要。細かいことに気配りができ、記憶力がいい人が必須。また、翻訳経験、技術知識のある人優遇。
翻訳テストと面接あり。
