Description
We are looking for a multi-lingual customer service assistant for a position in a quickly growing e-commerce company based in Tokyo.
Our workplace is in downtown Tokyo, and we are looking for a person proficient in English.
Job description: Answer customer’s inquiries in English via email and other means concerning our Japanese e-commerce company.
Working hours: 10am-7pm (including 1 hour break)
Hourly wage: 1,100 yen
Other: Includes transportation fee, rest on weekends and national holidays, no office dress code.
Requirements:
1. Native English speaker
2. Skilled in both reading and talking in Japanese (at least around JLPT N2 level)
3. Proficient in reading and writing in English
Experience working at customer support is a plus.
