ウェブサイトやフェイスブックなど、オンラインやソーシャルメディア、またその他あらゆるマーケティング戦略を駆使してデジタルマーケティングやウェブマーケティングを行っていただきます。SI-UKグローバルチームとのやり取りが多いため、グローバルなビジネス経験を活かし、また深めていただけます。

仕事内容:
• ウェブサイト、Facebook、その他ソーシャルメディアやオンラインでの戦略的マーケティングを通じてSI-UKの売上や顧客獲得につなげる
• ブランディング
• SI-UKのグローバルチームと共にデジタルマーケティングを実施
• SI-UKのウェブサイト、Facebookページの管理（コンテンツライティングや翻訳も行っていただきます。）
• SI-UKのサービスやパートナー校（英国の各種教育機関）への問い合わせ・関心につながる新たな戦略的なデジタルコンテンツの改良（文章、写真、ビデオを含む）
• オンラインリード（ウェブを使って見込み客を獲得する）の実績管理、傾向分析
• SI-UKのウェブサイトへの質の高いアクセス数を確保するため、新しいデジタル／オンライン戦略の企画立案、実施
• マーケティングKPI（重要業績評価指標）のトラッキング・レポート作成
• ニュースレターやターゲット層に応じたダイレクトメールを通じた戦略的マーケティングの実施およびその評価
• 最新のデジタルマーケティングや、競合他社のマーケティング動向をリサーチし、SI-UKのビジネスとデジタルマーケティングの発展につながるアイディアを提案・実施
• デジタルマーケティングの予算管理

応募資格:
• 4年制大学を卒業されている方　
あるいは同等の職務経験をお持ちの方
修士号（ビジネスやマーケティング専攻であれば尚可）を取得されていれば尚可
• デジタルマーケティングの経験を2年以上お持ちの方
• 日本語が母国語であり、英語が堪能な方
• 様々なCMSやマーケティングプラットフォームを活用しながらマーケティングのマネジメントを行った経験があり、実践的な知見をお持ちの方
• オンラインリードの運用経験と実績をお持ちの方
• 対人能力、組織力、コミュニケーション能力に長けている方
• 業務管理能力が高く、自ら進んで考え行動し、複数の業務やプロジェクトを同時に管理できる方。企画と技術面の両方を担当して頂きます。
• 企業家精神に溢れ、ビジネスの成長を推進した実績をお持ちの方；クリエイティビティと知識を駆使して、難しい問題にも果敢に挑む姿勢をお持ちの方
• 国際的な文化経験があると望ましい（旅行、留学、海外での業務経験、海外在住の経験など）

We are looking for someone who can manage and develop online digital and social media platforms, including our websites, Facebook pages and all online marketing strategies. As the job requires you to work closely with SI-UK’s global recruitment teams, you will be able to capitalise on and enhance your international business experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• To implement our online marketing strategy to help attract new customers and grow business through SI-UK’s websites, Facebook page, other social media and online advertising campaigns.
• Brand building.
• Work closely with SI-UK’s global recruitment teams on digital marketing.
• Manage SI-UK’s website and Facebook content in Japanese (including content writing and translation).
• Develop new strategic and effective digital content (including images and videos) to increase interest in SI-UK’s services and partners (educational institutions in the UK).
• Dealing with online leads, online reports and analysis of both.
• Test and deploy new digital/online campaigns and channels to drive quality traffic to SI-UK’s websites.
• Track and report on marketing KPIs.
• Evaluate newsletter and direct mail strategies tailored to different target audiences.
• Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing thinking and competitor activities, and investigate new ideas that will help grow business and enhance the digital activities.
• Manage digital marketing budget.

Qualifications / Requirements:
• BA/BS degree. MA/MBA preferred (Business or Marketing degree preferred). Relevant work experience will also be considered.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Must be a native Japanese speaker and have good English ability.
• Tech savvy with experience managing marketing activities across various CRM and marketing platforms.
• Experience and proven track record in online lead acquisition.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Well organized, self-sufficient, able to manage multiple tasks and projects; prepared to work on both planning and tactical activities.
• Proven entrepreneurial spirit and track record for driving business growth; a nothing is impossible attitude, backed by creativity and execution.
• Global cultural experience is preferred (travelled, worked or lived in different countries)
