Job Description: Job seekers and companies alike are looking for better ways to streamline the job hunting and hiring processes. 2015 is the year that American-born video resumes and video interviews will penetrate Japanese HR culture and HR technology.
TS Planning Inc. intends to offer clients a chance to incorporate this technology as we have partnered with an American video interviewing system (VIS) company. Our target clients are domestic Japanese companies, global Japanese companies and foreign-affiliated firms that are searching for multilingual and/or multicultural talent.

（仕事内容）：企業の人事担当者にビデオインタビューシステムの商品説明
　　　　　-ビデオインタビューシステムのデモンストレーション
　　　　　-注文までの打合せ
　　　　　-アメリカのシステム会社との情報交換（メール、電話）
(Job responsibilities): Approach and pitch VIS product and services to HR directors
-Be able to use multimedia tools to demo VIS product
-Effectively manage all aspects of sales process
-Exchange information with American partner via email and telephone

（勤務条件）：正社員または（契約社員、1年更新）
　　　　　完全週休2日制　土日祝祭日、GW,夏季休暇、年末年始
勤務時間：9：00から18：00（8時間）
残業有　　月40時間程度
（Hiring Requirements）: College Degree or above

映像コンテンツやWebコンテンツに興味がある方。

Contract Details: Permanent or Contract (1 year renewable) employee
-Weekends and national holidays are off. Time off for Golden Week, summer holiday and end of year.
Work hours: 9:00 to 18:00 (8 hours/day with 1 hour lunch break)
Overtime: 40 hours per month unpaid
Education: Undergraduate degree or above
Preferred skill(s): Willingness to accept new challenges, excellent communication skills, ability to share information and enthusiasm to teach others. Interest in video and web contents.
