Job Summary:

Join our team as a Part-Time Children English Teacher at our flagship school in Kanda Gaigo University of International Studies campus. and other schools in the Greater Tokyo area. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

・Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field. (Preferably but not a must.)
・Previous ESL or child-related experience preferred.

Working Conditions:

Summary of Interview Flow:

1. Initial Interview with Hiring Team (Zoom):
- Virtual interview conducted via Zoom with the hiring team.
- Assess qualifications, experience, and suitability for the position.

2. Second Interview with Education Department(in-person):
- Interview with the education department.
- Evaluate teaching abilities (demo-lesson), knowledge of educational practices, and alignment with school standards.
- Questions about teaching methods, differentiated instruction, assessment techniques, and creating a positive learning environment.
- Convey enthusiasm for teaching, adaptability to student needs, and commitment to an exceptional educational experience.
