Native English Teacher -- PART TIME (expired)

● Part-time position available for an experienced English conversation teacher; school located one minute from Tobu-Tojo Line station, in Asaka, Saitama, Asakadai station.

● Mondays through Saturdays from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (excluding Sundays); for primarily (but not exclusively) students in elementary school, preschool and kindergarten. Days and times are flexible, to be decided according to the teachers availability.

● Possibility of this position becoming full time in the future depending on needs of school and wishes of the teacher

●In addition to teaching elementary, preschool and kindergarten, possible tasks for full-time FEN teachers include teaching adults, early-child education (from 1-year-old students and up), after-school immersion program, as well as extracurricular events planning & execution

● Initial & ongoing training will be provided; instructors should be able to both bring their experience to the position, as well as work within FEN's existing system of teaching

● Remuneration of ￥3000 per hour for regular group lesson classes (1-7 students), for office hours ￥1000 per hour (lesson prep), after school day care immersion teaching ￥2000 per hour

● Saturday School (immersion program) remuneration is ￥15,000 for a full 8 hour shift, or pro-rated per hour

● Transportation costs reimbursed

● Applicant must be able to interview, in person, in Saitama (near Tokyo)
